John founded Everman Group in 2010 with a focus on aquiring and managing single and multifamily properties in the Austin, Tx area. Since then, our scope has grown into asset aquisition and new constuction projects across the US. John's focus is primarily in new asset aquisition and portfolio management. Prior to founding The Everman Group, John had an extensive career in IT Sales and Marketing for Dell Technologies and Intel.

Tamara Plemmons is intuitive, honest, energetic and a true professional. She manages all aspects of our marketing and operations at Everman. With a background in marketing and business development, she is a master communicator and a solution oriented business consultant bringing more than 20 years’ experience at Fortune 100 and 500 companies. In all aspects of life, Tamara has cultivated a reputation of professionalism, a spirit of excellence, strong work ethic, and integrity. Born and raised around the Globe, Tamara is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Business Administration in Marketing. She has deep roots in the Austin community, a member of the Women’s Symphony League of Austin and is involved with her church and children’s schools. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and enjoying live music around town.

Keri bings over 15 years of experience in corporate and community relations with expertise in fundraising and communications. Her primary role is to support all aspects of fundraising and investor relations functions within the company. Prior to her role with The Everman Group, Keri has worked as a Director for several Austin Texas nonprofit organizations.
